Well here it is Monday again...Not much going on this gloomy Monday except for making new video for my YouTube channel... www.youtube.com/mysterychef1. This isn't the newest one, but here is a goodie...
This Spanish Rice and Chicken Enchilada... It is simple and very good.
Okay, so today is: MEASUREMENT MONDAY... Which means we are going to convert some measurements...lol.
1/2 cup=8 Tablespoons
2 lbs.= 908 grams
200 degrees Celsius=392 degrees Fahrenheit
