Good Morning All,

How is everyone’s weekend going so far? Mine is lazy. My husband and I were going to go sailing today, it is a little too cool and windy…So we will shoot for tomorrow. In the mean time I hope to get out and hit some farmers markets again. It is so fun this time of year when all the kids are picking out their pumpkins and seeing all the beautiful marigolds and pansies in bloom. I absolutely love this time of year.

Well on to the subject for today…SOLUTION SATURDAY…

*If you are tired of using Cheddar cheese in Macaroni and Cheese, try using different cheeses such as Smoked Gouda.

*To ripen green pears, place 2 or 3 in a brown bag, loosely closed, and store at room temperature out of direct sunlight.

*To reheat roast, wrap in aluminum foil and heat slow in the oven.

*If soup tastes very salty, a raw piece of potato placed in the pot will absorb it.

*Hard boiled eggs will peel easily when cracked and placed in cold water immediately after taking out of the hot water.

Well that is all for today folks… Have a great rest of the day…
Hope to see y’all tomorrow for STATISTIC SUNDAY.
Till we meet again,
