Today is MEASUREMENT CONVERSION MONDAY. This idea for my blog came to me while I was trying to make a recipe from someone on YouTube that used grams and liters instead of using ounces and cups, so this is what I came up with to help others like myself.
LIQUID MEASUREMENTS:
1 cup = 230 milliliters
1 fl. oz. = 29.573 milliliters
1 Quart = .94635 Liters
1 Gallon = 3.7854 Liters
WEIGHT & MASS MEASUREMENTS:
1 oz. = 28.35 grams
4 oz. = 113.4 grams
8 oz. = 226.8 grams
1 lb. = 454 grams
